Ame no Motogami no Seishin AKA Aaron Cassar
Aaron Troy Cassar has a professional career spanning several continents working internationally in consulting roles with listed public companies in Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, Hong Kong, China, and the USA across industry sectors including commercialisation of consumable health products, sustainable agriculture, aquaculture farming, biofuel plantation development, carbon trading, and new emerging industries, including blockchain.
Aaron has graduated from Griffith University with a Bachelor of Commerce with majors in accounting, marketing and management, and has also completed certified courses in Green Project Management.
Aaron has been involved in several IT start-ups engaged in blockchain development, education, cryptocurrency, and the tokenisation of commodities that have successfully raised funding and launched products or services in Australia and Singapore. He is the co-founder of several companies in Australia and overseas that have successfully launched community-based platforms supporting digital assets, and forex currency trading.
Aaron is a dedicated advocate for the HAVEN8 DAO business model being used in creating engaged educated communities.

Boku-in Sama
Technological curiosity, a spirit of adventure and limitless motivation to challenge the boundaries of personal and professional endeavour, strong appetite for learning and experience took Boku-in-sama on a professional journey working for global communication and defence companies as a technology and system engineering consultant in Australia, the USA, and the UK. As a result of personal drive and seeking a professional challenge, he created and managed three businesses, including two Pty Ltd companies providing services in system engineering, industrial design, and manufacturing.
In his early career as an electronic design engineer, Boku-in-sama worked with old-school, problem-based analysis engineers. Engineers who mentored and inspired Boku-in-sama in the work practice of problem analysis, with the view to interpret, and pursue the most difficult challenges in a way that afforded the discovery of the best and most practical solutions. These skills allowed him to become a member of two scientific expeditions to Antarctica. Lifelong interests in history, geography and exploring cultures combined with fitness and passion for climbing and cycling led him to many countries in South America and Asia as well as North America. These adventures, combined with the advantage of living in Europe (Poland) for 20 years resulted in Boku-in-sama becoming conversant with most cultures and political systems of our contemporary age.
In 2010, Boku-in-sama climbed Mt Everest and set up a climbing business in Nepal, where he led clients from Australia, the USA and Europe on life-changing cultural and physical adventures climbing 6000m peaks and creating employment opportunities and training for young Sherpa guides. During the 2015 earthquake in Kathmandu, Boku-in-sama used his accumulated scientific and engineering knowledge base, along with his exceptional mountaineering rescue experience and management skills to undertake, with other western mountaineers, a rescue operation of people trapped in collapsed buildings well before the Nepalese government had the chance to activate their emergency resource strategies.

Kiana Sama
Kiana-sama professional background spans many varying sectors and industries, ranging from working as a model, teaching the English language, organising events, working in hospitality and retail, as well as several formal administrative roles.
Influenced by a colourful childhood, and early life spent travelling around Asia, Kiana-sama decided to move to Japan to work as a model. It was here that Kiana-sama’s career in administration began, as she became involved in large-scale event production and coordination. Upon returning to Australia, Kiana-sama continued her career in event coordination in the more formal setting of the Qld State Parliament, where she successfully navigated a world of strict protocol and conservative conduct. After ten years in this somewhat restrictive environment, Kiana-sama decided to seek out a work environment that was more conducive to her innately creative and colourful nature. Acting as a travel coordinator for several years, Kiana-sama expanded upon her ability to work with complex digital platforms, in a high-intensity work environment.
Underpinning Kiana-sama's capacity for mental clarity and hard work is her decades-long dedication to health, fitness, multicultural historical research and spiritual practice. In addition, she has spent many years studying traditional Japanese cultural art forms, including martial arts, Japanese tea ceremonies and classical Japanese spiritual practices.
Inspired by the developing opportunities of blockchain technology and the emerging digital economy, Kiana-sama has spent the past three years endeavouring to understand and capitalise upon the freedoms that this exciting new world has to offer. Her motivating factors are centred on a desire to bring transparency, and honesty to the projects she is involved with.

Tsuchise Sama
After many years involved in the Primary Industries (cattle and seafood) Tsuchise-sama has acquired many skills, qualifications and life experiences, particularly as the captain of a prawn, and various other fishing vessels.
After the corporate government takeover of the fishing industry and subsequent overreach of legislation therein, Tsuchise-sama career progression was directed towards the commercial maritime sector, and the attainment of the qualifications required to be the First Officer on the bridge of international ocean class vessel. This appointment required an excess of organisational skills that were necessary in order to keep this class of vessel compliant with maritime legislation, maintenance scheduling, loading/stability, customer satisfaction, securing loads/cargo, and all associated record and manifest keeping, stores ordering and crew work lists. Experiences gained in these often-dangerous situations has given Tsuchise-sama a proven ability to manage and negotiate critical conditions with clear and logical cognition. Insight harboured through a lifetime of sea going experiences has enabled Tsuchise-sama to a poignantly realise the overall state of ecological fragility and wondrous beauty of our unique and irreplaceable planet.
Insight such as this ultimately lead Tsuchise-sama to depart from his sea faring career, and with his wife Mizuane-sama, built a beekeeping operation from the ground up; a work that now fully immerses them both in ecological practices that support the environment, and help maintain a sustainable future.
A keen intellectual curiosity for geology and rare and precious metals has supported Tsuchise-sama's desire and involvement in prospecting ventures for most of his adult life. Cognitive practices such as this have, through a process of osmosis, given rise to his passion for understanding and contributing to emerging digital, blockchain and Web3 technologies. Tsuchise-sama also possesses a passion for understanding verified observation-based sciences, chemistry, historic and contemporary innovation, inventions, and ecology.

Mizuane Sama
Mizuane-sama’s professional career began within the Travel Industry which saw her working with several agencies before moving on to Ansett Australian Airlines as a Corporate Travel Consultant. Experiences gained, equipped Mizuane-sama with skills and the ability to operate various information and management systems which she also employed as an administrator at the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000.
After this event, Mizuane-sama embarked upon an expedition, working in eight regions around the world, gaining crucial holistic life experiences and significant multifaceted skill sets. During a period whilst working in London, Mizuane-sama conducted a feasibility study that was crucial to the creation of a successful scuba diving package Holiday Company. The success of this company opened opportunities for Mizuane-sama to navigate towards the academic side of her business, becoming a professional dive instructor, with her passion for education driving her to continuously gain qualifications culminating in the second highest level of instructor within the recreational diving trade. Mizuane-sama’s ability to process and employ risk assessment and safety protocols, combined with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely was applauded while working on a coral conservation project in Costa Rica. The final evolution of Mizuane-sama’s seafaring career saw her involved in legislative regulations that protocol safety and procedure practices, processes which were heavily engaged during Mizuane-sama’s twelve-year office as Ferry Master.
Currently, Mizuane-sama and her husband Tsuchise-sama own and operate a commercial beekeeping business that focuses on holistic beekeeping practices. Mizuane-sama’s passion for natural remedies, enabled exploration and further qualifications into healing herb-infused balms, now an essential part of their beekeeping business. In addition to her many and varied work-related duties, Mizuane-sama has also managed to maintain an expanding curiosity in digital economics and blockchain technologies which she currently studies and analyses diligently.

Kin-taichiro Sama
As a result of serving many years in the military, and later finding positions in varying governmental regulatory authorities and agencies, then soon after, building a successful import business entirely from the ground up with very little self-funded capital, Kin-taichiro-sama has had the opportunity to participate in business and culture in many World regions, especially throughout Asia, the Middle East and Europe.
It was Kin-taiichiro-sama experiences of Asian cultures in particular, that led him to formally study Japan’s oldest martial tradition, religious philosophies and rich Asian cultural histories; achieving the highest rank of education in this particular tradition, currently held by any Western person. An interest that was further expanded upon the back of various business opportunities found in other countries of that region. This merging of cultural influences and study of education in alternate cultural practices has dominated most of Kin-taichiro-sama’s life to date, since leaving the military as a younger man.
Since returning to his native country, Kin-taichiro-sama has developed a diverse range of skills in many business sectors, including business finance, business management and consulting, construction, sales, travel consultancy and tour operations, archivist, antique restoration, and language translation roles. A curiosity in emerging technologies has led to more than three years of study and participation in blockchain and digital technologies, concurrently leading to the ongoing development of digital finance and privacy solutions, as an effort to stand against the ever-declining economic and privacy issues of this modern era.
Kin-taichiro-sama maintains lifetime interests in quantum and molecular sciences, theoretical physics, social sciences, cultural histories, martial arts, fitness, health and wellbeing, and emerging digital technologies, which he employs in the hope and continuing endeavour to try to solve some of the many economic, social and ecological issues of today’s age.
We, the Elemental 5 have a vision of the future, a haven where all living men and women maintain prosperity and community in a state of sanctuary; parallel and in contrast to the fictitious control mechanism that has been forced upon each of us without permission.
